We have 2 types of machines for making knitted fabrics: Single Knit and Double Knit
Knitted Weave
We have 3 types of machines for the production of flat fabric: Rapier Looms, Air Looms and Towel Looms with Jackard.
Laboratory
We have a fully equipped laboratory for color matching, with certified spectrophotometers, recipe creation programs, automatic dispensers for chemicals and colorants, dyeing machines, foulard and Branches to simulate any required finish.
Dyeing
In our dyeing process we use disperse, reactive and VAT Dyes dyes. With the latter we have designed processes to achieve the best strengths in the market. We have automatic dispensers for liquid, solid and dye chemicals, which allows us to guarantee reproducibility.
Printing
There is a 12-color Rotary machine with which you can work with pigments, disperse dyes, reagents and Vat Dyes. All dispensed automatically. In addition, there is a vaporizer for the correct development of the print color.
Finishing
We have equipment to finish the circular tubular or open fabric as required, we have branches to be able to give any finish to the fabrics, as well as a sound system to improve performance and touch. And a planer to be able to offer the peach finish.
